My stay at Hotel Transamerica Collection Goiânia was absolutely wonderful. From check-in to check-out, every detail was carefully thought out to provide comfort, quality, and top-level service. All the staff members are exceptional, but I would like to give special thanks to: • Giselly – always kind and welcoming, calling me by my name and greeting me with a genuine smile every day. • Gabriel – extremely competent and helpful, always willing to assist and solve any situation efficiently. • Marcos – made sure every room service order was delivered with great care, exactly as I expected. • Cristovam – handled my check-out with honesty and precision, giving me full confidence in the process. • Mr. Paulo – a true gentleman, introduced me to all the hotel facilities, helped with my luggage, and even offered to weigh it for me. The hotel itself is impeccable: spacious, comfortable, and spotless rooms, high-quality bed linens, a delicious and varied breakfast, elegant common areas, and an excellent location. The combination of high-standard facilities with warm and personalized service truly makes a difference. Without a doubt, this is a hotel that exceeds expectations, and it will be my first choice whenever I return to Goiânia.

This hotel is nestled in a great part of the city. I recommend walking to some of the local shops and restaurants near. The service was amazing and each person I talked to was friendly and helpful. This hotel is nestled in a great part of the city. I recommend walking to some of the local shops and restaurants near. The service was amazing and each person I talked to was friendly and helpful. I did want to highlight one person in particular at the front desk named Gabriel! He was attentive, quick (always appreciative of that after 14+ hours of traveling), and explained everything thoroughly while answering any questions we had. The room itself was nice and clean I didn’t have any complaints on that front! The only thing I will say is they need to stock a bit more toilet paper, but the housekeeping is very quick even when you need to call for it. One thing I was surprised with was the quality of their late night menu for room service! It was delicious and would recommend trying the frys, soups, and sandwich’s they are really good for late night food (ordered at 3 am). Over all awesome stay and if I every find my self back in Goiânia Ill be staying here most likely!

Many things weren’t going well, like hotel maintenance (no air conditioning filter in our room), but the staff are really what makes this Hotel. Ana Calorina from the restaurant downstairs is definitely the type of professional you look for. She gets out of her way to help on what you need and really tries to excuse in the name of the team all the other things (like the internet not working on our room) that didn’t work for us. She is a natural leader and the reason why we moved from a 3 star hotel to 5. It’s rare to meet a professional like that, although every single one are really caring and supporting.

I stayed one night at Transamerica Collection Goiânia and had a great experience. The staff was welcoming and allowed us to check in early, which was a nice surprise. Upon arrival, we were offered refreshing mint-flavored water, and our room had a great view overlooking the pool and the city. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our short stay. The hotel’s location was convenient, close to Bahrem Restaurant, where we went for drinks that night. In the morning, we enjoyed the breakfast selection, which included fresh fruit, pastries, and good coffee. Overall, the service was excellent, the atmosphere was modern and comfortable, and everything met our expectations. It was a great option for a quick stay in Goiânia, and I would definitely consider returning in the future.
