This Hotel has the best site seeing, restaurant and crew I have met in the Northeast. Hélio, Fran, Gabriel, Marcelo and all the restaurant team was kind, thoughtful and fair. I was on a special diet and they took that into consideration to offer me the best hotel experience .Furthermore, the Spa and the massage was one of the best I have received so far , almost similar to India best ones. The beach nearby is perfectly save and beautiful. Taxi drivers recomended by the Hotel were also nice and offer save rides. Yes the famous Beach Park is really close but the amazing thing about Brasil is it’s natural features of course! Do recommend it without a doubt. I will certainly come back to Santuário das Águias Hotel.

A charming location, with a beautiful view of the ocean. Far enough from Fortaleza to feel safe, yet close enough to make a trip to town viable. A charming location, with a beautiful view of the ocean. Far enough from Fortaleza to feel safe, yet close enough to make a trip to town viable. A 15 min walk to the beach (Beach Park), where there is well develop amenities to support a full day in the sun. I spent 3 weeks at Santuario das Águias; was working during the work days, and it certainly felt truly relaxed when back at the hotel. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule and dietary preferences (loved the healthy options at breakfast; will miss the suco verde every morning). Have to clear, this not a 5 star hotel, but nevertheless, it is a very comfortable, clean and charming property. For the early risers, you will love to be by the infinity pool watching the sun rising from ocean!

I spent a week at the Hotel Santuario das Aguias with my husband, 5 year old daughter and 14 year old son. It was a wonderful, fun, adventerous even romantic when the kids were sleeping. Porto das Dunas in Aquiraz, Ceara-Brazil, is absolutely beautiful, the lovely veiws of many different beaches, great seafood, attentive people, just a dreamy place. Th hotel was so, so charming, 2 beautiful pools, a veiw to kill for, rustic, beachy decore and soft musica around the hotel. The food was so yummy, we preferred to eat here than in the small city of Porto das Dunas, Aquiraz. In the evenings,my husband and I would stay in the wonderful and extremely comfortable deck having a few glasses of red wine overlooking a breath-taking view!!! The staff are amazing! Friendly, kind, professional and very attentive. We will definitely return!!!! The only downfault was to get to the beach with our surfboards. You need a taxi or Uber, which takes about 4 minutes or walk 15 minutes under the hot sun.

My first time here but I’m already thinking of staying here upon my return, it’s that’s nice! It’s new, clean, quiet, peaceful and relaxing place. Near the beach and Beach Park but only 20 minutes from city center. There are plenty of places to sit and take in the ocean breeze and deep green of the sea. The staff are conscientious and attentive to needs: they actually reconfigured the satellite channels to add a couple in English. You should use Google Translator if you speak anything other than Portuguese, as few here are bi-lingual. However our waiter, Daniel, used his translator to provide excellent restaurant service! Wi-fi is strong almost everywhere. The standard rooms are small by my standards but the night manager immediately moved me to a full size room with a view upon request. She even jumped in to assist staff in cleaning the room as guests had just departed! Public areas are clean, including washrooms, but some information signs are faded and only in Portuguese. The restaurant is, overall, average but I did have a couple of decent meals over a week’s time. Going out is best if you wish variety. There are no Western foods on the menu...or in stock, so I was told. But, as I said, all given, I’m returning with a smile and expectation of a peaceful paradise!
