“Excelent”
Big and clean rooms, good wifi, friendly stuff, excellent location (in front of the Cabo Branco beach, near Tambaú market-place), a comfortable lounge in front of the reception, a very good restaurant, excellent breakfast (including tapioca made to order), swimming pool, and a very good price

“Good service, great location.”
We stayed here for a night this week and I’m feeling a little mixed. The room we stayed in certainly needs updating (as you can infer from the photo of the rotary dial phone in the bathroom—why is there a phone in the bathroom?). “Nice hotel, but prices don't meet benefits”
I've stayed 10 nights in this hotel in the beginning of October and it seems it was the only hotel available my company could book due to IGF event taking place on the same period.
