Great hospitality and service on a nice cozy pousada with beautiful well maintained and equipped apartments and bungalows in a nice green tropic garden with lots og flowers and different palms and threes. Even better wifi than most Bahia-places also in the rooms. Lots of birds and often a couple of small monkeys passing from three to three in the morning eating the gardens many fruits. Quite place with a very nice pool only 300-400 meters from the Quadradro. Fourth visit there in 12 years. Never disappointed.

Stayed at Mundo Verde in Transcoso for 5 nights with my wife and daughter. We had Pousada 10. Not a hotel, small cottage with shower areas open air, rooms where you sleep have air conditioners. Stayed at Mundo Verde in Transcoso for 5 nights with my wife and daughter. We had Pousada 10. Not a hotel, small cottage with shower areas open air, rooms where you sleep have air conditioners. This place is clean and well kept. Visitors are classy, and sometimes elite . We were there for a destination wedding, and a famous Brazilian lady Gabrille was getting married there the same day as the wedding we were going to. Many people we knew were staying in other places and their place was not as good a Mundo Verde. hammocks on the decks, stocked fridges and mini bars.Pool view was the best part of this place. Bugs were limited. My only complaint is the towels, They give you two old beat up small towels that are old and feel like sandpaper when you are drying off, please replace the towels with bigger softer ones. I would stay her again in a heartbeat. Enjoyed my experience at Mundo Verde. Trancosco is a very nice place, but very expensive, more expensive than Rio De Janiero, where we stayed the previous 7 days . If you are staying in trancoso stay at Mundo Verde, very close to the action at the Quadrado.

I have been in Mundo Verde several times and this is the first time I write a review. Should have done it before. The lodge grown slowly and was built by the owners with care. I have been in Mundo Verde several times and this is the first time I write a review. Should have done it before. The lodge grown slowly and was built by the owners with care. The garden is beautiful and native with lots of birds and a little interference of a nice landscaping. The swimming pool hangs over a hill with a beautiful view of the woods and the sea. You can also enjoy the moon rise from there. The service is good and the rooms are spacious. The price is really fair, thus a very good cost-benefit. It is close enough to Quadrado, allowing you to walk for lunch or dinner, but still far enough to prevent you from hearing the noise coming from there. You can also easily walk to the beach. I lost count of how many times I came here, first as a young man and lately married and father of two. Therefore, Mundo Verde works for everyone, singles, couples and familes. I will definitely keep on coming here.

“Need to be renewed”

Very good location close to the center and Beautiful View from the swimming pool, but obsolète équipement . Would need a Good relooking.the bathroms look very Old, the bedrooms décoration also. It could be a great place if modernised.too bad.
