I recently spent five nights at Rancho do Peixe on a kitesurf trip to Brazil 🇧🇷. It is the fourth year in a row I stay at Rancho do Peixe and once again I have no hesitation to recommend the place. The location on Preá Beach on the outskirts of the small city is fantastic. It is at walking distance from the city's bars and restaurants but far enough from the city's noise. The bungalows are very spacious, comfortable and well-equipped while integrating perfectly with the local environment through their design and the use of environmentally friendly materials. The mosquito nets are quite useful. There is plenty of space to hang and store clothes. The kitecentre is simply one of the best I know in terms of management and installations. Tagging each and every item going in is a great initiative as it avoids mixing up equipment. With hammocks, sofas and armchairs the kitecentre area is also a great place to chill between sessions. Service is professional, friendly and efficient everywhere, whether at front desk, in the rooms or at restaurants. The breakfast is superb with a large variety of home-made products (e.g., breads, pastries, jam), fresh fruits and on order preparations such as eggs, omelets, crepes or waffles. Last year I noted some issues with the food at the main restaurant, but they have been addressed. I had a great experience at Sazô, one of the hotel's restaurants, with a dinner combining the use of local products with creativity and very good execution. Overall, it was just another great stay. I wish I can return next year.

Amazing hotel with top-notch service! The kite school is perfect, with skilled instructors and super helpful staff. The atmosphere is fantastic, making it an ideal spot for both beginners and experienced kiters. Highly recommend for an unforgettable stay!

Rancho do Peixe is in our hearts. The managers and their team really made us feel very comfortable at all times and were very very friendly and helpful. We had good laughs too. The eco based huts all made of wood really gives the feeling of being in nature in its best way. The chef is so dedicated by preparing home made dinners, all fresh & made from their vegetable and herb garden. We had unforgettable dinner evenings with the highlight New Years Eve. The yoga, the kiting, the beach and best relaxing massages gave us good energy to start 2025. Thank you all, we will definitely visit Rancho again!
