“Bad”
We had a reservation and they canceled our reservation, saying that they don’t do business with TripAdviser. That’s the first time ever that a Hotel canceled a reservation. “Good step in a trip”
The room is very standard but as we expected, the breakfast buffet was huge and amazing, we loved it, the small pool was perfect at that time of the year: not too cold, in a sunny place and not crowded. “On vacation”
It is an standard hotel, with very poor room equipment and supply. Breakfast full of Bahia style cookies and miscellaneous, hard to identify if sweets or salty. Restaurant menu very poor, extended time on preparation. Service standard at room and restaurant, very good at reception.
