It’s situated between the town center station and the beach. What more can you ask for? The place observes the Covid19 protocols of social distancing. Breakfast is served on a bag with no reusable cutlery. 👍 Would give a 5 star but the toilet needs a bit improvement. There were some lights that didn’t turn on. Otherwise, this hotel is a very peaceful and relaxing place to stay.

“Location, location, location”

Nice hotel, probably in one of the best spots of Campos. Walking distance to all of the dowtown attractions. Rooms are a little old, carpets on the floor, bathrooms that would appeeciate a revamping. Still, clean and comfortable. Very good free breakfast!

I recently stayed at Hotel Estoril in Campos do Jordão, and my experience left me with mixed feelings. The hotel's location is a definite plus, situated within walking distance of various restaurants and stores, making it convenient for exploring the area. However, my stay was marred by a few notable issues. The lack of air conditioning in the room was a significant drawback, especially considering the room temperature soared above 90°F, making it uncomfortably hot. This absence of a basic amenity had a notable impact on the overall comfort of my stay. The non-functioning elevator was another inconvenience. Having to lug my bags up to the room without the aid of an elevator was less than ideal and contributed to a less enjoyable experience. While the room size was satisfactory, the bathroom was a letdown. It was in need of updating and a thorough cleaning, which affected my perception of the hotel's overall cleanliness and maintenance standards. The hotel's Wi-Fi proved to be a source of frustration, with a consistently slow connection and intermittent outages. One particularly concerning aspect was the timing of hallway lights and stairs leading to the lobby. This created an unsettling feeling of insecurity, especially in the event of an emergency. Safety should be a top priority, and this aspect fell short of my expectations. In summary, while Hotel Estoril has its merits, including a good location and adequate room size, the lack of air conditioning, non-functional elevator, outdated bathroom, and safety concerns are areas that require attention. My stay was not as fabulous or excellent as some TripAdvisor reviews suggested, and I hope the hotel addresses these issues for the comfort and safety of future guests.
