Great hotel, everything you expect from a 4 star hotel and great location. The room was very clean and quiet and I had a nice view of the park. The staff was not intrusive but helpful and available when I had a question. For anyone travelling from the UK or Ireland, there was a kettle and while there was a blanket in the room, when I asked I got a duvet.

“Really comfortable and clean room!”

the room is very clean and organized, the breakfast was excellent and the room cleaning was really impressive. the localization is great, really next to the park and a big mall, hopefully soon will return!

Nice hotel, clean, comfortable, breakfast plentiful (though can become monotonous the longer you stay!), bed was excellent. Gym was OK for travellers, but gave 4 stars instead of 5 for the lack of a swimming pool (perhaps Bristol might invest in one with the next door IBIS), location (which is far from everything and anything exciting, apart from the superb mall across the street and the small park next door). Good if you're here on business in Santo Andre. The other downside was that the reception staff in particular are not all conversant in essential English required of a 4 star hotel in a major city with a major university close by.

“Very pleasant surroundings and a very good location”

My room with queen-sized bed was not large but well-appointed. It was very clean. I must commend the staff for their quick response to any telephone calls and their pleasant and obliging manner. As in all hotels in Brazil, check-in and check-out are very slow affairs. I do not think their systems a… lisää

My room with queen-sized bed was not large but well-appointed. It was very clean. I must commend the staff for their quick response to any telephone calls and their pleasant and obliging manner. As in all hotels in Brazil, check-in and check-out are very slow affairs. I do not think their systems are very up-to-date. Nevertheless, the staff was very good. The breakfast was very good indeed with a pleasing and varied range of beverages, hot and cold dishes. There was a varied selection of bread - including gluten-free options and the Brazilian favourite, cake! With a large mall just across the road, a well-appointed gym and an attractive park alongside, this made for a pleasant stay.
