“Amazing barman !”
First of all, you must go there for the amazing barman and his unbelievable caipirinhas !! You MUST try one caipirinha at this bar, and you'll see how this guys is amazing. Really. “business trip in Sao Paolo”
A little bit disappointed by the quality of the rooms but fortunately for Accorhotels group, they can count on their staff to raise the standard of their hotel. a particularly thanks at Wallace (Bartender) for his kindness and the knowledge of his job.

“Good location”
The hotel is in a good and safe location and near to a number of good restaurants. Breakfast was also good. However, the room furniture was a bit dated and no drinking water is provided. The TV did not seem to have any English speakig channel news.

“Wouldn’t go back.”
First they sent me to a room with guests on it. The room we ended up getting wasn’t very clean. They were under staffed which made our check-out process take one hour.
