“Excelent”
Friendly staff, nice facilities with a good shower. Central location with many restaurants at a walking distance. The room is nice with a good shower and nice ac. Breakfast was very good, served at the eight floor. Parking was easy with valet.

“Old colonial style decor hotel”
A very good hotel with suite style rooms for a very good price. Whilst the rooms are very good and large the decor itself whilst clean is a little dated. Would help if more of the reception staff spoke English as my colleague wanted an iron bringing to the room and he got a bowl of chicken soup

“Friendly Staff”
It is a tradicional hotel with a great location in the downton of Chapeco. Staff is very friendly even if you arrive late night. Room has good space but furniture is old as well as the linens and blankets. Breakfast is good and has many options of food.

“Good service”
Traditional hotel in town. The building and the furniture are old, but the service and specially the breakfast are great. Good wi-fi, good shower and it is located in downtown area. the room has also enough space. a midrange hotel that is worth visiting.

“Old Property Trying to Keep Up”
Truly a 3 Star by global standards. If rooms getting updated you need to ask for one because 609 is about 20 years old including the linens. Wifi works well and food is good. Good rooftop restaurant with indoor outdoor views of the city. I do not believe many better options in this city of 200,000… lisää
