“This a very good hotel in Chapeco”

The place has a good localization, the breakfast is good and the service is also good. The price of the rooms are reasonable and the quality of the rooms are also good, though a little small for two single bed-rooms.

Lang Palace Hotel is a good one in Chapeco, there is a nice speed internet and room. The Hotel is comfortable and good location, is in downtown and close to restaurants and bars. 10 minutes to airport and easy free way.

This hotel is fairly standard for its price range. It is centrally located and we had a spacious room. The room included a separate annex with a table and chair. This hotel is fairly standard for its price range. It is centrally located and we had a spacious room. The room included a separate annex with a table and chair. The shower is of a good size but the water stream was a little mad (shot out in all directions and difficult to get the right temperature).The staff were extremely courteous and helpful and they have valet parking to their underground car-park. Breakfast was very average with a limited selection on offer.

“Too much noise from the street”

Besides the loud noise comming from the street I noticed a hole in the ceiling next to the lamp inside the apartment. Besides the loud noise comming from the street I noticed a hole in the ceiling next to the lamp inside the apartment. The shower could be much better regarding the water had no jet but spread all over the cubicle. After luch my roommate and I were taking a nap when someone from the housekeeping (I supose) broke in actually opening the door while we were resting, without even nocking the door! When she realised the room was occupied she closed it. I found it profoundly abusive, improper and I personally complained to the attendant in the front desk, who said the manager wasn't there.

By the photos, one imagine the pool but arriving there it is easy to notice it is not all that. Also staff should tell people when the gym is under maintenance so people know that should go earlier of after that hour.
