“One of the best hotels!”
Starting fom the check in we had a such gracious welcoming by Marcos. He was very attentive by proudlly showing us around this beautiful property. The bed is confortable,great breakfast,all staff are corteous. The owner Ms. Beatriz is very sweet!

“Exceptional and lovely welcome”
Good location and quiet place with charm atmosphere, room was fresh and clean. We have the best concierge service ever, Mr. Marcos was the best ever. Thank you for creating such a welcoming atmosphere. You’ve made this hotel our favorite destination in Gramado!

“Peaceful Retreat!”
Celebrated our 35th anniversary. Peaceful place to stay on the outskirts of town! We were able to walk into town every day (20 minutes) and catch the hop-on bus nearby! Great amenities (pools, tennis, gameroom) and delicious breakfast! Loved our pine tree view!
