“A masterclass in hospitality”
This property is fantastic, from start to finish. I had to check in at a late hour due to a late-arriving flight, and they were still accomodating and welcoming at midnight, when I arrived. “THE BEST HOTEL IN GAMADO !!”
This is the BEST place in Gamado. By far. You won’t find anything better. World class service and they make you feel very special. Very attentive and every need is taken care of. The breakfast and restaurant are incredible.

“Exceptional customer service”
If you stay elsewhere in Gramado, you do yourself a disfavor. The rooms, food, amenities, etc were excellent. I cannot express enough how perfect the customer service was.
