“Great”
This place is incredible, very exotic, one of a kind hotel. The opulence takes one back to a French court from a bygone era. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants a very romantic get away with their lover………………………………………………………………………

“Excelente ”
It’s was a great trip. Hotel employees were so helpful. And it’s was excellent. Room was clean. Once we reached here reception guy was so good and he helped me lot of things. Hotel is really beautiful and they have so many old and authentic pots.

“Wonderful room and fabulous staff”
Wonderful staff (Fabiano was awesome). Very good room with a fabulous bath and bed. There is a very good space in the room to carry the bags and enjoy the stay. The location is also good, not far from the city center but also quiet. Wonderful breakfast and view from the lobby.

“The most beautiful hotel in Gramado”
Incredibly beautiful hotel with excellent accommodations. Have never been to a hotel as beautiful as this one. Staff are always welcoming and easy to communicate with for non Portuguese speakers. Food is great, too.
