“Just fine”
The rooms are spacious and bed are fine! Shower was not that hot as I wanted it to be! Breakfast is free but there aren’t too many options! The hotel is well located in the central area of the city! Staff is quite polite!

“Good average hotel well located near the city's main square.”
The hotel as clean confortable rooms located 200 meters from the main square and 100 meters from one of the nicer shopping streets of Passo Fundo. The staff is formal and not very helpfull. I needed the room one hour more (from noon to 1 pm) and the gave me only 30 minutes. I had to wait for my tax… lisää

“Services level going down!”
On the past, itatiai was one of the best hotels in Passo Fundo, region lately , the prices range went on the roof and the services are getting worst . The rooms are very clean, good shower, but don't expect anything out of the ordinary .
