“Good Hotel”
The hotel has a very good location, service is excellent. Nearby Mercado Público, Theatro Guarany... The room is clear and comfortabl, hot water. Very friendly staff. It has garage, a good breakfast service.

“Good hotel for short stay”
Very nice and helpful staff, we were really impressed with all personnel working there. The room and bathroom are clean and okay in general, except the fact that there is no circulating air unless the room is occupied and the key is in the electric outlet to start the air conditioning. “Friendly service and convenient location in downtown Pelotas”
Jacques Georges Hotel is maybe one of the best hotels in Pelotas. It is quite new, comfortable, clean and has a friendly staff. Breakfast is not unforgettable, but correct. “A little spartan, but clean and comfortable”
The Jacques George Hotel in Pelotas was quite nicely appointed and very clean. The rooms were a little on the spartan side, with no rugs, carpeting, artwork or anything to soften the hard, echoey surfaces. “Outdated, lackadaisical service”
The front desk staff were welcoming and friendly but the hotel was just average. Breakfast options were just ok (something that usually is above and beyond in hotels in Brazil).
