Stayed for one night at Aguas Claras after the Stock Car race in town. The property is not new, but is quite well preserved, with roomy, clean and quiet suites inside the nature. The location is awesome, close to downtown, stores and restaurants within a nice neighborhood. Internet connection is good and breakfast was as expected. Staff was friendly and there is a nice swimming pool. No complains at all, but fare is a little over the average for the region.

This a basic, but clean and well located hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. i stayed at one of the standard rooms. They are large but very basic an bare. This a basic, but clean and well located hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. i stayed at one of the standard rooms. They are large but very basic an bare. The bed is a bit hard to sleep on, it is one with a hard spring mattress. Decent AC in the room, but the problem is that it blows right in your face when you lie in bed. Expect to catch a cold. There is free wifi with good coverage in the room, but the speed is very slow. Bathrooms are ok, but again very basic and poor amenities. Suggest you bring your own bodywash and shampoo. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of different types of cold cuts and cheese, hot options include sausages, eggs, bacon. There is. Bar and restaurant. Did not eat here, but did have a few drinks in the bar. It is ok but the decor is a bit 70's style. The hotel has a small pool but no gym. There is a gym in a shopping mall a few minutes feom the hotel. The area around the hotel is also nice for a run.
