Hi. My wife and I spend a couple of nights here last April while shopping in Rivera. The hotel was great and the price reasonable. The service at reception both on check-in and check-out were efficient. The bedroom was clean, bright, comfortable and well maintained with all modern amenities you need. The breakfast was plentiful and had both continental and cooked breakfast option. The only point I would like to make is that the garage is opposite the Hotel and is shared with other business so not always easy to find a parking spot. It did not look the most secure of places but better than leave the car out in the streets. This hotel is a very good choice when spending some time in Santana do Livramento.

It is a good hotel, very clean with a very good shower. Breakfast is another strong point. Quality-price relation is excellent. Sometimes I heard noises from other rooms or the cleaning people and the room was quite small for two people. I stayed with my partner for a couple of days and we were satisfied. The hotel provides you with a garage opposite, you pay for this service. The window of 304 room is rather big and although you don´t see the other rooms, you feel you can be observed...

We came back from Brazil through Santana do Livramento. We made a reservation through booking.com two days before our arrival. The hotel is fine, however when we arrived we noticed that, even though we correctly completed our kids ages in bookings website, the reservation was made for a 3 adult ro… lisää

We came back from Brazil through Santana do Livramento. We made a reservation through booking.com two days before our arrival. The hotel is fine, however when we arrived we noticed that, even though we correctly completed our kids ages in bookings website, the reservation was made for a 3 adult room + one under 5 ys minor and we had to pay a difference of a new room for the four of us. Don´t use booking.com for this hotel, call them directly, you will probably be able to negotiate the same rate, and spare the hassle. One more thing, if you have a car you have to pay extra for the parking.

“Nothing special”

I, my husband and my son stayed at this hotel for 2 days.When we arrived they received us with a glass of wine, it was nice.But when we enter in the bedroom we were disappointed the room is cold with no decorations, the floor is very cold, if you go in the winter don't forget take slippers with you… lisää

I, my husband and my son stayed at this hotel for 2 days.When we arrived they received us with a glass of wine, it was nice.But when we enter in the bedroom we were disappointed the room is cold with no decorations, the floor is very cold, if you go in the winter don't forget take slippers with you the floor is very cold.The other thing I was impressed was the poor quality of the toilet paper it is a shame a hotel like this offer to the guests a poor paper.The hotel doesn't have a garage we have to pay for a garage that is located right in front of the hotel.It is expensive for the things they offer.
