“Will definitely return :)”
Hyatt Macae is superb for many reasons but for me, customer service is the most important. They certainly got that part perfectly right!

“Best place to stay in Macae”
Good hotel although never used the facilities except the restaurant due to work commitments. Great view of the beach. Comfy bed and good food. Staff attentive and good for GF. Would recommend.

“Work stay in front of the beach.”
Good place and great hospitality. Stayed over for a work trip. Construction for the upgradation on the building is on going so there maybe some unexpected noise. The staff are very receptive and helpful.

“Hyatt Place Macae the Best”
Great location and super clean hotel and friendly staff. Sea view rooms are superb!! If you like walking along the beach for exercise this hotel is a good location. Also close to other restaurant's in the area but the food is pretty good at the hotel so need need to venture out if you want to chill… lisää

“Business Trip”
Overall it was an excellent experience. The hotel was very well kept, the service was great from arriving until leaving. There were lots of different options for breakfast, catering for most peoples needs. Would highly recommend for business or pleasure.
