“Hospitable, tasty and relaxing”
Amazing hotel with great spa and great personel. The food at the restaurant is very tasty and the atmosphere is warm and cosy.

“Perfect ”
Very classy hotel with exquisite restaurant. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Recommend in Sandanski. The spa is nice, bog swimming pool. The best location in the centre of the city. Highly recommend this classy hotel.

“I highly recommend it”
Best location, car parking, clean renewed rooms, friendly staff! The restaurant is fully changed with nice atmosphere and delicious food! There are thermal Indoor and outdoor pools in the SPA with mineral water! This is my favorite place for holidays! I recommend it!

“Great location, not so great indoors”
The location of the hotel is great - right at the start of the pedestrian zone. The spa area is nice, clean and well maintained. The rooms however are quite small, what with us adding a baby crib made it very tiny. A friend of ours got a room (also small) on a floor where right next to his room ren… lisää

“Coffee and cake ”
If you want to visit or take a sit at this beautiful hotel in the morning, you should take a jacket because it’s freezing outside in the morning, the service is good and the coffee acceptable. The deserts they have are ok, my family and I tried all types and I can say that the Red Velvet is the top… lisää
