Just back from 7 day stay..hotel was lovely, situated right on the beach. Lovely and clean staff constantly cleaning and sweeping. Would definitely recommend this hotel and area to anyone looking for somewhere in the area to stay.

Hotel Zenith is definitely one of the better hotels we’ve stayed at, offering excellent value for money when it comes to both service quality and location. The hotel is situated at the very end of Sunny Beach, which turned out to be a huge advantage. It’s just a few minutes’ walk along the promenade to the lively center (or you can take the fun SBT – Sunny Beach Train), yet the location ensures peace and quiet away from the busiest crowds. Rooms The hotel has been recently renovated, and the rooms are comfortable, modern, and kept very clean throughout the stay. Bed lighting creates a lovely atmosphere, and Wi-Fi is available both individually for each room and throughout the property. A Smart TV with internet access is a nice touch, allowing you to watch Netflix, YouTube, and more. Bathrooms are equipped with a separate shower and toilet. The layout (with an open-plan style and glass partition) makes the rooms more suitable for couples than friends. We had a room with a sea view overlooking the entire Sunny Beach – definitely worth choosing when booking. Storage space is generous with a large wardrobe, shelves, and a safe. A small fridge, kettle, cups, and a complimentary large bottle of water were provided. However, coffee/tea supplies weren’t replenished during our stay. This wasn’t an issue, as coffee machines and drinks were available all day until late in the evening. We had one small maintenance issue (a loose toilet seat), but it was fixed within minutes by a friendly staff member. Dining & Bars Even though we visited at the end of the season, the food selection was still plentiful and varied. We always found something tasty to enjoy at each meal. On arrival (very late in the evening), we were kindly directed to the Snack Bar so we could have something to eat and drink, which was a thoughtful gesture. There was always enough seating, and queues for food were very short. The restaurant offers coffee machines, beer on tap, three types of wine, and a selection of soft drinks. The only downside is that water isn’t available in bottles to take away, and filling your own bottles isn’t allowed. Drinks are served in disposable plastic cups (except in the lobby bar, where reusable cups are provided). The restaurant staff were friendly, attentive, and ensured everything stayed clean. Background music added to the pleasant dining atmosphere. Overall Zenith is a modern hotel that provides a comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff are friendly, helpful, and attentive to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service. Pros: Recently renovated rooms with modern design Great location: peaceful yet close to the center (about 1 hour transfer from the airport) Wristbands that double as room keys – very convenient Friendly and efficient staff Cons: Drinks mainly served in disposable plastic cups No shelf for toiletries in the shower No dedicated hotel sunbeds on the beach Overall, we had a great stay and would happily recommend Hotel Zenith to anyone visiting Sunny Beach.

“Not a bad little hotel”

Nice hotel,clean, friendly staff and food was of good quality at first but limited at the end of the trip. Needs a separate bar area away from reception, no entertainment at all. Nothing to do if the weather is bad, had 2 storms while we were there so spent most of the day in the room. Areas woul… lisää

Nothing to do if the weather is bad, had 2 storms while we were there so spent most of the day in the room. Areas would not be sufficient if the hotel was full. Would not take children , i feel its an adult only hotel.

“Late escape bulgaria sunny beach”

Arrived at hotel zenith 18th sept just b4 midnight we where greeted at reception and was told that a buffet was kept open for us which was great as we where quite hungry by then unfortunately we missed the bar as it closed at 11 we where shown to our room on the 8th floor via lift the room was amaz… lisää

Arrived at hotel zenith 18th sept just b4 midnight we where greeted at reception and was told that a buffet was kept open for us which was great as we where quite hungry by then unfortunately we missed the bar as it closed at 11 we where shown to our room on the 8th floor via lift the room was amazing sea view,s and spacious imaculate the bed was huge you could fit 4 people in there 🤣. We where all inclusive and honestly couldnt fault the food lots of choice and fresh each day you wouldnt go hungry here as food served all day upto 11 each night regularly monitored and temperature checked. Staff friendly,from reception ,bar and dining room never seen the cleaners they where like magicians waved a wand and rooms cleaned every day fresh towels theres a fridge and tv,hairdryer and kettle available. Special mention for naz and valerera on the bar always chatty and smiling and always kept topped up on drinks 😉 This hotel is right on the beach at a quieter part of sunny beach but a stroll along to flower street and thats where all resturants n bars ,shops ect... Theres a small choo choo train that will take you to nassebar its 7lev each you change 3 times to go all the way we walked then got the last train onto nessebar beautiful place you can get bus for 2lev or boat depending on weather. Hotel zenith is a great base to explore you wont be dissapointed the only negative for us we came late in season where a lot of places where closing so would recomend coming before the shutdown maybe late aug beginning sept .
