Wonderful studio, you've got everything that you need there so you almost don't wanna go out (kidding :). A big bright room with a comfy sofa, dining table and everything that you need in the kitchen... The hotel is right next to the piste. Wonderful studio, you've got everything that you need there so you almost don't wanna go out (kidding :). A big bright room with a comfy sofa, dining table and everything that you need in the kitchen... The hotel is right next to the piste. I liked the traditional style restaurant/pub at the lowest part of the hotel- it's cozy and the food is tasty. The staff in the hotel is okay, except those in the Alpine style restaurant down the stairs... Nobody replaced the missing soaps/shampoos for 5 days and didn't put a sponge although we had dirty plates to wash. The man at the ski wardrobe was very helpful and nice, the receptionist too.The wi-fi is free BUT the signal is very weak so basically you can't get any internet connection. Who cares - I was there to ski, not to hang on the internet. The mattress of the bed was old and I could feel the springs on my back. Somebody was smoking somewhere on the lower floors and our bath and room smelled like cigarettes often so we had to open the window for fresh air to come in. In general everything was okay.

“Brilliant location, helpful staff, friendly atmosphere, loved it”

Just spent New Year here and had a fabulous week skiing. We ate a couple of times in the little pub/restaurant on site, it;s down some steps and the food was excellent The hotel itself had a lovely feeling about it and we would often have a drink in the lobby bar, nothing was too much trouble. Just spent New Year here and had a fabulous week skiing. We ate a couple of times in the little pub/restaurant on site, it;s down some steps and the food was excellent The hotel itself had a lovely feeling about it and we would often have a drink in the lobby bar, nothing was too much trouble. Our 2 bed apartment was as expected as Bulgarian apartments are basic but it was good enough. We took advantage of the shuttle bus every day to the main ski hire. We had a perfect holiday and are going back again in feb when enough snow to ski to the door, fingers crossed

While i am writing this review, i am still on my ski vacations. hotels is consisting on several parts, and if you are lucky maybe you get a decent building and apt. for example we are in" Dream View" building and location are 4, But in living room we are freezing. We move a table closer to heater. … lisää

While i am writing this review, i am still on my ski vacations. hotels is consisting on several parts, and if you are lucky maybe you get a decent building and apt. for example we are in" Dream View" building and location are 4, But in living room we are freezing. We move a table closer to heater. Only one heater which is not Enougf. No joy to be in living room. ask several times for help at reception but no use. table light is not working in bout rooms, it is not ideal for skiers at all. some apt are totally uncomfortable.

“Road trip to Pamporovo ”

Very good area close to the ski center. The apt was clean an comfortable.The wi-fi connection was very bad and slow . The SPA center was very good . Look for Giorgi is a great masseur! The breakfast was good but not great.

Room very dark, from four nights two without cleaning of the room and bathroom, internet against fee, Sauna to pay seperate in spa center, less parking available-directly in front of hotel very icy road and access, difficult not to fall down, snow and ice falling from the roof (warning signs are all along the hotel), restaurant a la carte could not offer desserts from menue, breakfast in two shifts according to room number, if you keep this rule you will come almost lunchtime to skiing, almost daily same at breakfast, in rooms you could hear easy the neighbours. Positive: kids friendly
