“Good hotel to relax in”

I stayed in Perelik Palace for 4 days while on a winter vacation during the first week of January. I must say the rooms are spacious and comfortable - we actually booked an apartment but almost never got to use the living room; it is very warm - if you want it to be, the bathroom is nice and has amenities. Staff is nice, Petar from restaurant is outstanding (I hope I got the right name). Food is okay, however I would expect it to be better - the steak we ordered was obviously taken out from the freezer. And then comes the SPA - the main reason I booked this hotel. It is nice but it seems that staff there wasn't quite aware why people go to the SPA - to relax. The first evening we decided to check it out, there was a group of youngsters and apparently someone allowed them to play super loud music according to their wishes. IN THE POOL!? I have never seen such a scene and I cant justify it in any way. All in all, this is a good hotel, however it is slightly far from the slopes - if you really wish to be close by - and you should expect surprises if you are in for the ride.

The room was big and clean, but there is a problem with the heating, in the evening and during the night it’s cold and AC controller doesn’t do the job unfotunately. The room was big and clean, but there is a problem with the heating, in the evening and during the night it’s cold and AC controller doesn’t do the job unfotunately. The breakfast is above average but not for 5star hotel, it lack’s the quality of 5* As amenities, the hotel has an indoor pool, sauna, massage services, parking, plus a great 24hour open bar. It’s close to pubs and restaurants, has free of charge for guets scheduled shuttle buses to/from the sky slope. Stuff does not speak very well English, but still they manage to cover tour needs.

I wonder how this 4* hotel is furnished with the cheapest and lowest quality products. I travel with kids and I want at least average food quality. Prices in the restaurant are very high. The breakfast is with low quality products. They even don`t offer a real butter (butter mix instead). No real h… lisää

I wonder how this 4* hotel is furnished with the cheapest and lowest quality products. I travel with kids and I want at least average food quality. Prices in the restaurant are very high. The breakfast is with low quality products. They even don`t offer a real butter (butter mix instead). No real honey (honey jam). Bad impression makes also the fact that everywhere you see price list for broken items first. The good thing I can say is that rooms are very warm and cosy. The staff is polite. Internet Is only in the lobby bar.

The location of the hotel is pretty good, a bit far from the noisy places in Pamporovo, which I liked. The place is quite and cozy. The infrastructure is fine, except that the parking spaces are shortage. The rooms are spacious, beds are confortable, there is no hangers for the jackets in every roo… lisää

The rooms are spacious, beds are confortable, there is no hangers for the jackets in every room which makes it a bit difficult because this is a winter resort and there are plenty of stuff to be hanged on. Bathrooms are clean. The view is nice even we didn't get a balcony. The HUGE problem was the restorant- the first night we checked-in we went down there we were like"nice place"..then we were waiting more than 20 minutes our order to be taken, then more than an hour the food to be served. The foo wasn't the finest quality. Simply the stuff was not enough and for sure not professional one. Maat of thw cliwnta tbat night received a discoun of the bill. The breakfast was included but on the second morning of our trip they runnm out.of tea..how's that poaaible in winter resort?!. However the breakfast was fine. This place have a potential, but probably the managemwnt doesnt care enough.
