My group of hiking buddies and guide arrived at almost 10 PM after a very long day up to the Mirador Torres. We ordered ahead and they very kindly left the kitchen open and made us a delicious dinner. We were also offered a Pisco or calafate welcome drink, which was indeed most welcome! It is just slightly out of town, with an exceptionally beautiful view of the Torres del Paine area, and very quiet. In the morning, the breakfast was outstanding, with most everything homemade in their kitchen, including their delicious whole-grain bread. What made this stay most special, however, was the warmth of everyone on the staff who treated us truly as guests. Highly recommended!

“Cozy Retreat in a beautiful environment”

This is a lovely and most accommodating lodge with fantastic staff. You are treated like family. The staff work very hard to make sure you have a delightful experience. This is a lovely and most accommodating lodge with fantastic staff. You are treated like family. The staff work very hard to make sure you have a delightful experience. The setting is gorgeous with most rooms overlooking the water. The rooms are comfortable with cozy beds and nice pillows, plenty of towels. Most of the staff speak very good English. The food and drinks are outstanding. Thank you. I had a beautiful 2 night stay.

“Lovely hotel in Puerto Natales”

Beautiful room with a great fjord view. We left our bags while we were in Torres del Paine. The location is a bit outside of Puerto Natales but a quick drive or 15 min walk to town. The breakfast was tasty and the staff were friendly.

“Comfortable Puerto Natales Lodge”

The lodge is just what we hoped for in Puerto Natales/ Patagonia. It is quite rustic in appearance but very comfortable. You really feel like you are away from it all with no tv, the stillness etc. If you are not good with stairs (there are not many ) be aware there are no lifts for upper levels. … lisää

The lodge is just what we hoped for in Puerto Natales/ Patagonia. It is quite rustic in appearance but very comfortable. You really feel like you are away from it all with no tv, the stillness etc. If you are not good with stairs (there are not many ) be aware there are no lifts for upper levels. The staff were all very friendly and attentive- most with good English. They were very helpful regarding tour pick ups, transport etc Our room was smallish but had a comfy bed, good size bathroom and heating. We did have an issue with hot water a couple of times which we had to get attended to. The bar, dining area is very nice with spectacular views over the fjord. A nice place to unwind at end of a busy day. The buffet breakfast was great with a wide selection to choose from - bacon, eggs, cereal, fruits, breads, spreads , coffee etc Dining at lunch or evening is probably a bit more upmarket than in the town of Puerto Natales itself but very nice food. It is only a few dollars for an Uber into town if you’d like to eat there or have a wander. You can walk into town too if you want but it was a bit too cold when we were there. The only negative was the take away lunch box we ordered for a day trip - overpriced for what you get and by the time we got to eat it at lunchtime the sandwiches were so soggy and most weren’t eaten. Don’t think it was ciabatta bread and didn’t get a juice as listed. We were very disappointed with the lunch. There are cafeterias and buffets in Torres Del Paine National Park anyway if that is where you are going or get something in town at supermarket or cafes to take with you.
