“A cosy hotel & excellent value for money in Puerto Natales”
Excellent central location. Very friendly and helpful staff even with a language barrier. We really appreciated being able to leave our bags in the hotel whilst we did the W trek. “Basic but does the job”
We were only passing through town for one night so this place did the job. The location is very convenient in the heart of town right next to shops, pharmacy and a large supermarket. “A budget option near Torres del Paine”
The hotel says it is the oldest in Puerto Natales, a gateway to Torres del Paine, and it looks the part. “Not great”
Not great experience. There was hair in the shower and some suitcase label on the floor. They also have us a super super hard time with the payment. They are very specific with the cards they accept. They do not inform you about the extra fees they would charge. If paying with cash, a tiny tiny lit… lisää
