“Reasonably prices, very comfortable bed but a smell issue”

First, I do enjoy this hotel, stayed here numerous times in the past 6 months, mainly because of the location to my work as well as the cost. First the good things, right across the street from the ocean, within walking distance to a number of great restaurants and a very comfortable bed. The service is ok, I have had issue with the air conditioner being set to a timer and shuts off every 30 minutes, which is annoying as heck and the front desk isn't inclined or know how to change it. Issues I have, well noise, one 3 sides of the hotel you will get loud noise, a restaurant/club on either side and in front you have a very busy street. So if you have trouble sleeping due to noise, don't stay here. The other negative is the smell coming from the bathroom. For whatever reason, a sewage smell emanates from toilet, very bad and nothing that the hotel has been able to fix. You can close the door to the toilet and this helps, but it does stink. Also, when showering, the glass door doesn't close all the way, as such, you will have a little river running from the shower if now super careful. For the restaurant, Breakfast is ok, nothing special but you do have breads, eggs, bacon and fruit to choose from. If dinner, for lunch or dinner, I enjoy the menu, good selections and very good preparation.

“Business trip, my business was at the harbour and downtown.”

Room on the 8th floor, view over the Pacific Ocean. Room was nice and big enough for a solo traveler. Very friendly staff, good food in the restaurant. Only negative thing is that there was a complementary small bottle of water upon check in, but none during the rest of the week.

My stay here has lows and highs …. Good thing is the hotel has its parking, the staff is very helpful, breakfast was good, and location is very good for Antofagasta. However, the really bad thing was the noise from the street and the poor isolation of windows …. There must be something that can b… lisää

However, the really bad thing was the noise from the street and the poor isolation of windows …. There must be something that can be done, because in the night is very difficult to sleep without some noise cancelling headphones !! Overall a 3/5 rating
