“Gentle, peaceful and spectacular setting ”
We stayed at the Hotel & Apartments Monte Verde for 3 nights and so wished we had booked for more. The room was spacious, grand, spotless and had the most magnificent view over lake Villarrica. “Excellent location for Mountain and lake view”
quiet and comfortable. Rooms were very neat and clean service was very prompt breakfast choices were good facility was on the highway. you need to follow gps to get correct directions the mountain view was excellent

“Good view, it was close to Pucon and the reception was nice, furnace was hot, it was a good stay.”
Nice experience, good view to the lake great reception and a big cabin with lots of room, beds were comfortable and clean tho there was a lot of wind.the pool was out of service and the wind disturbed me a lot. furnace was hot so it heated the room well.

“Acceptable stay, a bit expensive for what you get”
Stayed in one of the cabins for a few nights, was an okay experience. Some (not all) have a view of the lake, it is a quieter location than other places in the village centre so that's a good thing. “Good lake views but self-catering apartments rather than an hotel.”
Located well outside Pucon (although that’s probably not a bad thing!) this was more a self catering apartment than an hotel.
