“Very Nice Hotel”

Located just outside Pucon, this is a lovely hotel and grounds. The bartenders make a great Pisco sour and the Kuntzmann beer on tap is ice cold! Located just outside Pucon, this is a lovely hotel and grounds. The bartenders make a great Pisco sour and the Kuntzmann beer on tap is ice cold! Dinner was fabulous and we ate outside on a nice evening. From the inside dining room or front of the hotel, a great view of the Villarica volcano can be seen. Rooms were spacious with a nice patio.

“Pucón Chile”

This Hotel is Great! The staff was wonderful and the free breakfast was awesome. Chilean Lemon pie for breakfast. I mean who doesn’t want that?! Minutes away from downtown and all of the excursions and tourist attractions.

The hotel is well located close to the downtown shops and restaurants but has spacious and meticulously maintained grounds (I would estimate 15-20 acres) giving the feel of staying on a rural estate with a view of the Villacara Vulcan (Volcano) no less!. The hotel is well located close to the downtown shops and restaurants but has spacious and meticulously maintained grounds (I would estimate 15-20 acres) giving the feel of staying on a rural estate with a view of the Villacara Vulcan (Volcano) no less!. The staff is somewhat limited on english but tries very hard to please and have been been warm and welcoming all week. The food is quite good. It is well presented and the service is outstanding. We have been here for five nights and could not have had a better experience. Contrary to theTravel Advisor website, this hotel does have free high speed wi-fi which I am using to write this review. Delighted to give this hotel the highest rating.

“Good Hotel But Service Terrible”

We came 4 nights with 2 young kids. The hotel is fairly new, great park, nice architecture, bur sadly like in many other places in Chile the staff and the service was terrible. First time in my live after 30 years traveling that a Hotel wanted to charge for early Check In for arriving at noon!!… lisää

We came 4 nights with 2 young kids. The hotel is fairly new, great park, nice architecture, bur sadly like in many other places in Chile the staff and the service was terrible. First time in my live after 30 years traveling that a Hotel wanted to charge for early Check In for arriving at noon!!!! Then, restaurant service after 2 nights dinning there, took 1 and half hour to arrive the dishes. The place was not ready to attend a full capacity long weekend...many other people just left the place when dinner was taking more than an hour. It looks like one cook for a full Hotel...not expected for 4 star hotel. At breakfast we asked for eggs not scrambled and the staff said was not possibly. Sadly another waiter brought fried eggs to the table next us. Surprisingly depends on who you talk on how things get done in this hotel. Like many other places in Chile, staff don't make decisions to serve better clients. Very dessapointing. We are finishing our staying and hope all goes well the rest of the days. Think it over if you want to come here. Not value for money Anyway, we are finishing our staying soon
