“A nice place for spending your holidays”
It's a comfortable hotel. The hotel's crew is kind and nice. They really make you feel like if you are at home (a really good one). The pool is beautiful and clean. “A great hotel in Copiapo”
I’m traveling on my motorcycle and these people were so helpful at the front desk. The room was super comfortable including the bed. Parking was fabulous. I can’t say enough about the staff! The cleanliness of the hotel was amazing. I would recommend this hotel, and stay again.

“Excellent hotel and staff”
We were a family group of 13 with 7 rooms and everyting was perfect. The rooms are very large and have a balcony. Staff friendly, understanding and professional. Breakfast very abundant. We ate at the Luz restaurant and found the food very good and service great. Loved having a drink and sandwi… lisää

“A good business trip ”
Stayed here for a week for work. Amazing facilities compared to the rest of the city. Food was really great, drinks were amazing and the staff are very friendly- despite minimal English spoken. Rooms were large with good views over the city.

“Nice place to stay with a cool pool area”
Nice place to stay with a cool pool area. Good service, good food. Unfortunately didn't have time to check out the casino. Stayed on business. Decent view of the city and mountains from the upper floors. Would stay there again.
