“Great location in Concepcion!!!!”

I was surprised to read the recent negative reviews of the Mercure Concepcion. We are well-experienced travelers who stay in the full range of hotels from low to very high. It's a four star hotel. “Hotel Mercure the best!!”
My husband and I and my sister have been quarantined for over a week here at the Mercure because we have COVID. The staff have been fabulous!!!! They are so attentive and kind. It’s been tough to not get out but it’s been doable because of the kindness of the staff.

“Great hotel!”
After arriving to the hotel a member of our party tested positive with Covid and everyone at the hotel was very supportive with our isolation. I can’t say enough good things about the staff! The rooms were comfy and up date.
