“Very well”
Great location when travelling along the panamericana. Th rooms are okay, the bed a bit soft but I slept well though. The shower was bad for the water was all over the place except my body. The water was warm. Furthermore the pool is great an reception was very well as well.

“Serena Suite sweet”
This nice hotel is along Ruta 5 so very nice to stop. Though we stopped only for one night I can imagine that you will stop for a few nights. Lovely rooms, good enough bathroom and beautiful garden with swimming pool. Nearby are malls and the beach, not to forget Ocquimbo, a very nice updated villa… lisää

“Good value for money”
Good place along the Ruta 5, for a stay in La Serena location it is a bit far. Nice rooms, well equipped. The food is ok at best. Breakfast is decent, I found dinner to be too mediocre for what you pay for. Also WiFi worked better in the room than the restaurant.

“Great Looks, Little Life”
Restaurant menu for dinner looks exciting, yet when you order there is limited choice!! Restaurant service was wonderful considering one waitress for 12 tables,,,expect to wait!! Pool looks great, but only one seat cushion for all 10 lounge chairs!! You can enjoy the peace and quiet as it s… lisää

“Overnight stay”
The Hotel Serena Suite was fine for a one night stay but I am sure there are better hotels in town. The room was not sound proofed so a little noisy and the tv did not work. Breakfast was standard. The best thing was the beds which were comfortable
