“Best in Talca-city.”

Parking disappointing: unconfortable gravel and no-roof. Not pool. Advertising not clear about that. Lunch, poor in variety. All the rest, best in town! - good beds - water temperature, optimum - order, space, good. PD: Dogs barking at night: windows need to be closed.

I recently stayed for one week. This hotel is well located, and the staff are excellent. The rooms are very clean, quiet and comfortable and a good size. I recently stayed for one week. This hotel is well located, and the staff are excellent. The rooms are very clean, quiet and comfortable and a good size. Breakfast is good although they are sometimes slow to replenish food. Everything you may want may not be available, I only found natural yoghurt on the last day, but there is enough variety for everybody. The Wi Fi is very good as a rule. There is a pool and sauna which I didn't use but I heard they were good. A couple of things surprised me however. Firstly, there are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room so you have to order from room service or use the purchasable cold drinks in the fridge. Secondly, there is no iron in the room, in fact there is no iron in the hotel, anywhere! There is a reasonably priced laundry service that is available every day except Sunday. Not terribly helpful when you arrive on a Sunday afternoon and are giving a presentation on Monday morning. This is my first time in a chilean hotel, so maybe this is expected. Despite the two issues, I am giving it 4 stars because the hotel is very efficient, professional, friendly and super clean. It is billed as 3 star and as such is very good.

“Very good for the price ”

Very charming hotel with hot water and big rooms. The dinner was very good but the breakfast could have more options. The hotel is big, the parking lot has a decent number of cars. I would return here.!

“Most suitable hotel for stopover”

The hotel’s location provides easy access to town. We enjoyed a nice, clean and spacious room, well equipped. The upper floors come with an interesting overview of town and surroundings. Breakfast was ok. Staff is friendly but only capable of word fragments in English.

It started was confusion -two hotels opposite of each other, same name but different management. Since in both places English is not at a high level at the reception, it took some time to understand. The venue I stayed was oldish, with carpet in the rooms, apart from that ok with a sober but adequate breakfast. Nice in the center of Talca, disadvantage is during rush hour it takes time to reach it.
