“Nice hotel in good location”
Stayed here in January 2026 at the start of a Chile, Patagonia and Argentina trip. The staff are very welcoming and impressive. “Great hotel in the heart of Providencia. New hotel and great service. Rooms are very spacious”
A very modern comfortable hotel in the vibrant city of Providencia. Close to many bars and restaurants. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms are made up every day. Breakfast is available at an additional cost and coffee shop next door. There is a bar in the lobby

“Very good stay”
First time at the hotel,it is a really nice experience. Very lovely staff at every level. Really tidy, excellent breakfast, comfortable parking, good location. Rooms are bit small & swimming pool very basic but it's a great value for sure. I will be back again when in santiago.

“Comfortable but Held Back by Maintenance and Service Issues”
The hotel has a safe, clean, and comfortable environment, but the small room, mouldy bathroom, unfriendly staff, cramped toilet area, worn-out doors, lack of toiletries and complimentary water, and mediocre breakfast make the overall experience disappointing.
