We stayed here for a few nights and really loved it! Location: 5/5. Super convenient. Close to the metro, MUT shopping mall, supermarket, and a short walk to Costanera. The Room: Well-designed, comfortable beds, excellent shower pressure, and a handy kitchen for light meals. Amenities: Great communal work area on the ground floor. The Wi-Fi isn't blazing fast but is totally adequate for work and browsing. Luggage storage before check-in and after check-out is a huge plus. Food Nearby: Connected restaurant downstairs and lots of local options. Definitely check out the bakery next door! Service: Very helpful, though there is only one person working the front desk at a time. Expect a slight wait for check-in/out (took us about 15 minutes), but it's well worth it. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting Santiago!

The cool modern design and decor add a beautiful touch of "Boutiqueness” to the whole place LOCATION: Situated in Santiago’s Providencia neighborhood, APT benefits from its proximity to the Costanera Center and nearby subway stations, making it ideal for exploring the city and accessing local eateries and shops. On the downside, it can feel a bit far from the historical center, requiring a metro ride to reach major attractions like Plaza de Armas. DINE + DRINK: While there’s no in-house restaurant, each unit features a small kitchen. For dining out, the area has multiple options within walking distance. ROOM: We stayed in Room 1407, so this review is based on that; SIZE: Spacious enough for 2 adults with a compact LIVING ROOM and a cozy BEDROOM area, with decent storage space; VIEW: Sweet view of the mountains and buildings nearby including the towering Costanera Center; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part of putting us to sleep; BATHROOM: Good sized bathroom with a bathtub shower; TOILETRIES: Good spa-quality toiletries FACILITIES: Compact Gym with a basic range of weights and Cardio machines. NO Swimming pool on site SERVICE: Friendly staff that cared for all our needs with a smile and made us feel pampered and well taken care of. HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free Wi-Fi that works well all over the property, but the SPEED was quite FLAKY. So be mindful of this if you are planning on a lot of work calls!
