“Amazing experience”

I was here with a group of friends in this amazing location, in old town Cuenca, the restaurant is placed in a beautiful garden with a lot of flowers. I was here with a group of friends in this amazing location, in old town Cuenca, the restaurant is placed in a beautiful garden with a lot of flowers. The service was impecable, the staff was helpful. The chef suprised us with exquisite flovours combining local food with french cuisine. The peak of the experience was the serving of the desert combined with a vist from chef Hector Rojas.We will definately return to try all the dishes. Gracias!

“Amazing and cozy hotel”

The staff was super friendly and professional. Everyone always smiling at you 🙂. The restaurant has an amazing view and the food is delicious. The chocolate mousse was amongst the best I’ve ever tried. We also ordered the papardelle with Parmesan sauce and it was great. We stayed at one of the suites in front of the garden (305). It was pretty quiet and spacious. The shower had very good water pressure and hot water always. My husband and I recommend this hotel 100%.

The property is visually appealing, with a lovely garden, but unfortunately that’s where the positives stop. The Wi-Fi was consistently terrible throughout my stay, crashing repeatedly for two days in a row. When raised with staff, the issue was brushed off as something beyond their control, which is hard to accept at this price point. What was most disappointing was the lack of attention to detail. For a hotel positioning itself as luxury, basic expectations were missed. Breakfast was forgettable, and the tea service was frankly shocking: I asked for chamomile and was served a very cheap discount-store brand (“La Original”) with an unpleasant flavor. This is not the standard one expects from a high-end property. Overall, the experience felt average at best, despite premium pricing. I strongly prefer the sister property, Hotel Santa Lucía, which actually delivers on quality and consistency. I would only consider returning if the stay were booked by corporate. I would not spend my own money here.
