“Well located quirky hotel”

We stayed here twice as part of a group tour of the galapagos. The hotel is well located, with the main shopping and restairant area right on your doorstep. We stayed here twice as part of a group tour of the galapagos. The hotel is well located, with the main shopping and restairant area right on your doorstep. Its a quirky building, with a small pool (which I didnt use as it was far too cold!) The staff were fabulous, so friendly & accommodating. The rooms were big, had a fridge, microwave & kitchen sink. Checking in and out was a breeze and breakfast was freshly cooked as you arrived. The only negative was that the bathroom both times couldve done with a bit mire attention by the cleaner, and one time my room had now shower head! That made for an interesting shower!!

“Comfortable stay”

Located on the main street walking distance to everything. Staff were friendly & helpful. My room was clean & spacious. Everything worked fine. My bed had clean linens & afforded me a comfortable sleep. The bathroom had good hot water & pressure. Breakfast was basic but adequate. Overall, I had a c… lisää

“Quirky, friendly & comfotable”

A lot of work has gone into creating this quaint hotel. it features many aspects of the Galapagos Islands where ever you turn. A lot of work has gone into creating this quaint hotel. it features many aspects of the Galapagos Islands where ever you turn. Of course it is not waterfront luxury, but it is friendly, clean and great value for money. We did have a cool off in the unique pool and we valued the friendly smiles of Betsy and her staff. We had a fly screens for open window nights as well as Air con, a fridge and microwave. We were very happy with our stay.

“Might return with a revamp”

Hotel stay was good, location downtown and near restaurants/tour shops was very convenient. Often there was not someone at the front desk to ask questions or get help from. Laundry service was not available during our stay which was frustrating for our plans. Breakfast every morning was delicious a… lisää

Hotel stay was good, location downtown and near restaurants/tour shops was very convenient. Often there was not someone at the front desk to ask questions or get help from. Laundry service was not available during our stay which was frustrating for our plans. Breakfast every morning was delicious and a large spread! There were sometimes extra towels and toiletries at the front desk to take, but not always. Rooms have separate mini kitchen area - we found the minifridge useful - and basic toiletries (shampoo, bar soap) were provided as well as pitchers of filtered water. Housekeeping was minimal otherwise; there were spots left on our toilet and sink from accidental sunscreen drips. Very noisy family or group living next door - walls are very thin so they kept us up at night (but no one at desk to help). Hotel was good value and location, decor is very beautiful and creative. Good potential especially with some tweaks.
