“Good base to explore downtown Guayaquil”
Excellent value for money, the room was spacious and the location is very convenient for exploring downtown like Malecon 2000, seminario park and Santa Ana for example. Special thanks to Gabriela at reception who was extremely helpful.

“Lovely downtown hotel”
We enjoyed our stay here in a simple but well kept clean hotel. The front desk staff was delightful and very prompt with our requests for taxi service to airport and out of town gardens. We even experienced an earthquake while here and the hotel manager was calm, understanding and educated on how … lisää

“Spring vacations”
Nearby the center and manage good manners. I was able to walk around the most touristic areas in Guayaquil. The hotel is nearby "La Rotonda", "El Parque Centenario" and "La Catedral". I was even able to visit "El Mercado Central" and "El Mercado Arftesanal"

“Convenient location”
I liked the location, close to the Malecon, parks, shopping, banks and restaurants. The hotel has an elevator and I was on the top 4th. floor in a large single. Too large since the 40 " tv was too far from the bed on the opposite side of the room. Keep in mind this is an older hotel and the furn… lisää
