“Medina del Lago stay ”
We were visiting with family and stayed at this place for 4 nights. The facility is excellent. We actually got treated like family members here. “In Love with this place ”
By far the best place to stay near Otavalo. The staff was so kind and were always willing to help me and my family. We rode horses around the hills and got to see an amazing view of San Pablo's lake from the top of the mountain. We had dinner at their restaurant, the food was tasty and filling. … lisää

“Unique place”
The rooms are very comfortable, they have a jacuzzi, fireplace and a panoramic view of San Pablo lake. The staff introduced me the Gallery hotel with a tipical beverage of the city, I loved the food and also I recommend them for the biosecurity measures they handle. “Great weekend ”
Amazing views and a great place to relax and enjoy nature, really close to San Pablo town and all the confort you can expect, great for the whole family. Delicious food and beverages as well. We spent a weekend with friends, and we all wanted to spend more days in this hotel. Loved it!

“Mixed feelings…”
Beautiful hotel with a few hiccups: no hot water when we arrived, no water nor carafe in room. They were helpful and sorry for the inconveniences. Hot water was available after 2 hours and they supplied water when asked. Amazing views from everywhere in the hotel. The room was huge and the bed was… lisää
