The Jaz Elite Crystal Hotel is located in the beautiful Alamza Bay residential complex, which consists of hotels in the Jaz chain. The entire complex is very tastefully and modernly designed, with beautifully maintained gardens and a pleasant atmosphere. I also really appreciate the luxurious promenade, which features a variety of stylish bars, restaurants and shops and where you can cruise around in stylish golf carts. This beautiful resort also includes supermarkets and a pharmacy, which significantly enhances the comfort of your stay. The Jaz Elite Crystal Hotel itself is a magnificent combination of luxury, elegance, modern architecture and high-quality service. The atmosphere at the hotel is excellent, it feels calm, pleasant and at the same time very professional. The staff is exceptionally friendly, helpful and attentive. Throughout the day, you can see their hard work and dedication and even when the work is demanding, they maintain a smile and a friendly attitude toward guests. Another big plus is the staff’s excellent command of English, which makes communication seamless. The hotel also features charming souvenir shops where guests can choose from a selection of trinkets and keepsakes. The hotel’s clientele is international, consisting of guests from Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Italy and Egypt. The hotel has a very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. Throughout the entire premises, indoors, by the pool and on the beach, extraordinary emphasis is placed on cleanliness and order. The rooms are spacious, modern, elegant, clean and very tastefully furnished. They feel luxurious, smell pleasant and were always spotlessly clean throughout our stay. I also highly appreciate the hotel’s eco-friendly approach. The hotel has been recognized for its environmental friendliness and drinking water is replenished daily in the minibar in glass bottles, which I consider a very thoughtful and practical touch. Throughout the premises, there are trash cans designed for recycling. At the main restaurant Waves, the dining experience is of a very high standard. Breakfast, lunch and dinner offer a rich selection of fresh, tasty dishes and excellent juices, coffee, drinks, wine and beer. I also appreciate the ample seating, so even during busier times, there’s no unpleasant feeling of overcrowding. A big plus is the Fresco bar by the pool, where late breakfast, various snacks, pizza, salads, burgers, chicken, fries, desserts and of course, plenty of delicious drinks are available throughout the day. The Sunray beach bar also offers very friendly service and is the perfect spot to cool off right by the sea. The greatest gem of the entire resort, however, is undoubtedly the beach and the sea. They are truly magnificent and seem straight out of a fairy tale. The soft white sand, crystal-clear water and the sea’s beautiful pale blue color create an atmosphere that is very difficult to describe in words. It’s a place that truly feels like a little paradise on earth. A sufficient number of lifeguards are on duty all day by the pool and on the beach to ensure guests’ safety. The overall impression of both the hotel and the entire resort is therefore excellent. In my opinion, Jaz Elite Crystal is a place where comfort, elegance, high-quality service, a beautiful setting and stunning nature come together. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would love to return.
