Firstly, would definitely recommend these apartments. Spacious, super clean and comfortable with everything you need in them. The receptionists were lovely and we only saw them once. The instructions to get in were very easy to follow and convenient. Location is an absolute winner and so central, without being loud and full of idiots. The rooftop area is lovely but unfortunately the pool was empty for our stay, this was a bit upsetting although we were aware it was a possibility as it is out of season, on the site we booked it on, it did not state anywhere that there was a schedule or seasonal change in the pool opening. As the temps hit 24° on our stay, you do sort of expect the pool and it was one of the factors in choosing this accommodation. The only other slight issue was the bed was a great size but very firm and I do not mind a firm mattress at all but did find it very hard indeed which did lead to a lot of wake ups. The TV is a full smart TV which I think is an excellent touch and the fridge is a full size fridge which is wonderful too. Overall, would stay again and would recommend to others!

“Good location but thin walls.”

Pros: We booked a family suite, good amount of space in a very convenient location with shops and cafes. Cons: Soundproofing is not good especially when the dining chairs upstairs are moving make really loud noise that could interrupt sleep. Suggest the hotel can add some felts on the chair legs.… lisää

No body lotion or tissues in the room.

The good - the apartment was large. Plenty of space to stretch out. Also, the unlimited free laundry is an amazing amenity. I didn’t even know about this when I booked. The good - the apartment was large. Plenty of space to stretch out. Also, the unlimited free laundry is an amazing amenity. I didn’t even know about this when I booked. The not so good - first, the bed is VERY firm. Really hurt my back. For conservation reasons, the water tap in the bathroom is motion sensitive. This is pretty annoying and impractical. Finally, I had no idea when I booked this that there would be no room cleaning. I booked through Chase bank and maybe this is Chase’s fault for not putting it on the listing. The reception person told me they would bring a change of towels and sheets midway through but this just didn’t happen. One other thing - I was arriving Xmas eve and I texted to ask where I could eat on Xmas eve (knowing this is difficult in Sevilla). The response was just to send me their standard list of restaurants (all of which were closed). This was unhelpful. They could have just told me that my best bet was to eat at the sushi restaurant in the building. I even said fast food was ok - we ended up eating 5 guys. TIP - if you book through a third-party booking service, you should reach out in advance so that they have your number. I arrived just after six and I was lucky to have found the receptionist. He saw me trying to access the building. If that had not happened, it probably would’ve been a much larger pain. For some reason, they do not have your phone number when you book.
