All staff in every area couldn’t do enough to help. All staff in every area couldn’t do enough to help. We have one observation in the dining room in the evening, there are two many lights left on and so it lacks intimacy and ambiance, however the food and staff are excellent. Why hasn’t this been addressed before as it’s been mentioned in reviews previously. We highly recommend this hotel for your special stay in San Sebastián. They have done a remarkable job renovating this building to a superb standard. “A great stay”

Everything was great. Great location, great comfortable room, great service, great breakfast and restaurant. Location is perfect with left to go to the center of the town. And our dog was welcome too. We truly enjoyed our stay and strongly recommend this hotel in San Sebastián.

Enjoyed the views from our room, the helpful staff and the top notch spa. The restaurant was a bit soulless though and the floor in our room was springy.

My family and I stayed at your hotel for four nights. Overall, our experience was satisfactory until January 01, 2026, which is a public holiday in Spain when most restaurants and businesses are closed. On that day, it was almost impossible to find any dining options outside the hotel. As a result, we felt forced to dine at the hotel restaurant, which charged 50 euros per person for a buffet. Unfortunately, the buffet was extremely disappointing and not worth the price. The food selection was very limited, consisting mainly of bacalao (Cod Fish), small pieces of meat, and salad. What made this situation even more frustrating was the room service was suspended, leaving guests with no real alternative but to pay for the overpriced buffet. This felt intentional and unfair. Ironically, the hotel breakfast offered far more variety and better quality for only 18 euros per person, highlighting how unreasonable the dinner price was. We felt taken advantage of, as it was clear the hotel used the holiday to force guests into an overpriced and poor-quality dining experience. This practice left us feeling disappointed and misled.
