We recently travelled to Beasain to visit customers in the town and the hotel was perfectly placed to stay and not travel too far the next morning for our meeting. After arriving late we headed straight out for food but breakfast the next morning was nice with a range of continental and hot foods to choose from along with hot and cold drinks. The rooms were clean and well maintained and it was nice to see how they have kept the history of the building while giving it a modern look for the 21st century. The staff were friendly and helpful in giving us directions to local restaurants. Will be staying here on future trips to Beasain.

We went to this hotel on business, and was a good choice. It was recommended by local business colleagues. Has a good location in the city downtown and is a old-typical house, renovated to fit a hotel. Has all required amenities, including a good internet. Room size is average, and hotel restaurant is really good. Breakfast has plenty of local choices. indoor Parking available included in the room rate. Will recommend to anyone wiling to explore this area. Very close to San Sebastian (highway)

“Comfortable place for outdoor lovers”

This hotel is in Beasain, a small town in a mountainous region. The Aralar parc, with attractive peaks like the Txindoki, is easily reached by car. This hotel is in Beasain, a small town in a mountainous region. The Aralar parc, with attractive peaks like the Txindoki, is easily reached by car. Also, the train station is almost is a few minutes by walk and as such San Sebastian is less than an hour away. The first impression of the hotel is good. You can easily see how the old construction of the building was blended into modern day spacious comfort. The room was big and has all the standard facilities that you expect. Sanitary was clean, the bathtub showing signs of ageing but still hygienic. Staff was able to speak English, but I think it is still an advantage to speak Spanish, as is the case in the whole of Spain. What I still don’t understand is how it was possible that two days in a row my used towels were taken away and not replaced. In conclusion: a nice place in a region that welcomes outdoor lovers. As always : the Basque boast their identity whenever they can.

“Highly rated but a very average hotel.”

I was staying alone for business. The hotel had a high rating but to be honest I don’t know why. When you check in there is a terrible Smokey/dirty smell coming from the bar area. I was staying alone for business. The hotel had a high rating but to be honest I don’t know why. When you check in there is a terrible Smokey/dirty smell coming from the bar area. This was a bad start. I was told at check-in that even though my confirmation stated bed and breakfast that I needed to pay for breakfast. Obviously I didn’t bother. The room was ok but nothing special. No real lighting in the room and the AC was only noise. Even though I was on the top floor it was very noisy from the outside bar area. Having stayed extensively in this area can tell you there are a lot better hotels for a lot less money. I won’t be staying again.
