Arrived and class the place a hotel not a hostal. I felt very welcome on entry. The are brilliant from the reception staff Alicia. Audrea and Ana Maria who even helped me with my Spanish. The cleaners are brilliant too as one day I made my bed in the room I was staying in and when I came back the bed was made properly. The room also a bath as well a shower which some hotels don't. The hostal is quite some distance and can get a bus or taxi which are well priced. The downside is not the fault of the hostal as some guest slam the bedroom doors they should learn how to close the door. I hope to visit again but the stupid British who voted to leave the EU have made it v6 hard but I will keep this hostal in mind. One tip although the hostal is quite if you're a light sleeper best to bring some ear plugs

“Super friendly staff”

We didn't actually stay at this hostel, but stopped in Cuenca for a few hours between Madrid and Valencia. We planned on leaving our luggage at the bus station but unfortunately that was not possible on the day. We didn't actually stay at this hostel, but stopped in Cuenca for a few hours between Madrid and Valencia. We planned on leaving our luggage at the bus station but unfortunately that was not possible on the day. In spite of the language barrier, once she understood what our problem was the receptionist very kindly offered to keep our bags by the desk for a few hours while we visited the old town, even though we were not making use of the hostel. I can't say anything about the quality of the rooms, but judging from my experience I'm sure the guests are very well taken care of.

Hotel bien ubicado, se puede llegar a muchos sitios caminando. Las habitaciones son grandes, comodas y limpias. Las chicas de la recepcion son muy amables. The rooms are large, comfortable, and clean. The staff at the front desk are very friendly. They offer a very affordable breakfast, but I didn't have the opportunity to have breakfast at the hotel. I would definitely recommend it

“Small and basic, but OK”

Very basic and small room with no view. But clean and suitable for short stay. I was travelling alone and didn't need much, so it was good enough for me. Helpful and nice personell, location close to Estacion de Autobuses, which is perfect for quick access to bus to AVE station.
