I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel – it was an outstanding experience from start to finish! The location is simply fantastic, putting you right in the vibrant center of town with easy access to everything you'd want to see and do. What makes it truly special, though, is its unique position directly atop a historical site, which lends an incredible atmosphere and sense of place to your stay. Beyond the prime location, the hotel itself excels. We were particularly impressed with our room – it was genuinely spacious, offering ample room to spread out and relax, which isn't always the case in central city locations. Furthermore, the entire hotel was exceptionally clean. From our spotless room and bathroom to the gleaming reception area and hallways, it's clear that cleanliness is a top priority, which significantly added to our comfort. The amenities were great, too, with thoughtful touches like complimentary coffee and tea available at reception – perfect for a quick pick-me-up anytime. However, the truly exceptional element was the staff. Jose was incredibly helpful, providing assistance and information with genuine warmth. In fact, every staff member we interacted with was attentive, friendly, and made us feel truly welcome and valued. If you're looking for a hotel that combines a perfect, historically unique location with spacious, impeccably clean rooms and top-notch service, this is definitely the place. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

“Fabulous great value hotel”

This is one of the best value hotels I have ever stayed at. The room was clean and fresh. The bed was very comfortable with amazing pillows, the shower was incredible. The breakfast was brilliant with so much choice. Loved the style and loved the Roman road in the entrance.

New and clean hotel in the center of town. Easy to get to the old part of town, restaurants, museums and the wall just a few minutes by foot. New and clean hotel in the center of town. Easy to get to the old part of town, restaurants, museums and the wall just a few minutes by foot. In fact, once you park you will not need your car for the rest of your stay; the center of Lugo is primarily pedestrian only. The hotel is pretty new so everything is clean and fresh. This hotel doesn't have a restaurant per se, but they do serve breakfast. Service is pretty good,except for one young lady at the reception desk. She may have been training, but gave us a lot of wrong information. Otherwise no complaints. Please note when we were there, early June the construction on the Square were the hotel is located was just about finished. Still you have to park a couple of blocks away but it is easy to get from the parking lot to the hotel
