We stayed here on our Camino. Its a bit outside the city. You can take a bus to the old city every 30min from here. The hotel as a heated pool, jucuzzi and gym. The Spa has no treatments. “Not the greatest at first impressions, but a good choice”

The hotel is not located in Lugo, but on the outskirts close to a motorway/motorway. However, there was not much noise in the room. Reception does not give a good impression on arrival, but the hotel is in good condition. The employee who worked at the reception during the night was very friendly... lisää

The hotel is not located in Lugo, but on the outskirts close to a motorway/motorway. However, there was not much noise in the room. Reception does not give a good impression on arrival, but the hotel is in good condition. The employee who worked at the reception during the night was very friendly, trying to speak Portuguese to better communicate with us. The room was not very big, but the bathroom was very small. The door opened and there was little space left. It has a gym which we didn't use but which is very well equipped with lots of machines. The spa is very small, being little more than a hot tub. Breakfast was not included in the reservation and we ended up not testing it, but there was also an alternative cafeteria service. The best part of the hotel is the swimming pool. It has a cover that allows you to alternate between being completely covered (as it was the day we were there) and completely uncovered for days with better weather. The water is heated and reasonably large, which allowed us to be at ease (in fact, there was no one else there).

“Great staff and Wonderful Pool, Easy Carparking”

Better than average; not quite very good...but the lovely staff and wonderful pool here tipped the scale in the rating. My basic room type was a good size, clean with very basic amenities and a slightly awkward bathroom layout . No individual room temperature monitoring, no mini bar or coffee m... lisää

Better than average; not quite very good...but the lovely staff and wonderful pool here tipped the scale in the rating. My basic room type was a good size, clean with very basic amenities and a slightly awkward bathroom layout . No individual room temperature monitoring, no mini bar or coffee making but there is a fridge. Basic shampoo sachets, huge terrific towels. Nice simple breakfast that offered salt and pepper, which is a rarity in most of Spain. Great parking and access around Lugo if you don't want to have to continually navigate the narrow streets of the town. The pool area is wonderful and the temperature was just so comfortable. The grounds and all areas of the hotel were absolutely immaculate. Would provide all year round swimming so bring a suit. I Had continual issues with the door key reader, and was woken by a tour group slamming doors and vacating my level but despite this I Would definitely choose to stay again.

“Good value”

The staff were very helpful and the Hotel really good value. Easy parking. Cheap taxi into Lugo. The room was clean and comfortable and the shower facilities good. Value dinner and plentiful breakfast. Had a swim in the heated pool which was enjoyable . The receptionist was pleasant and helpful.

I wanted a hotel with a heated pool and this was the only one. It is 3kms out of Lugo, in an industrial estate. you need a car, although there is an hourly bus until 9.30pm i think. Free parking. The room was bright and clean. Beds comfortable. It was too hot though and the aircon didn't... lisää

I wanted a hotel with a heated pool and this was the only one. It is 3kms out of Lugo, in an industrial estate. you need a car, although there is an hourly bus until 9.30pm i think. Free parking. The room was bright and clean. Beds comfortable. It was too hot though and the aircon didn't seem to do much. The pool is great; a large covered heated outdoor pool. The spa bath is small but invigorating, unlike others. The sauna is only available in the evenings though. The cafe is very reasonably priced and open for guests til 11pm even during Covid. I stayed 2 nights and was happy.
