This is a very pleasant hotel for your stay in Barcelona with fabulous views from the rooftop pool, bar and restaurant. We had booked a studio which was clean and reasonably sized. However, the people in the room next door to us were very noisy, sitting out on their balcony talking and laughing from 1.30 a.m. until 3 a.m. on our second night. I eventually called the front desk and security responded quickly to ask them to keep the noise down. They retreated inside their room but unfortunately, we could still hear them talking until about 4.30 a.m. so my daughter and I had a very poor night's sleep. The next morning I asked at reception if we could change rooms and this was absolutely no problem for the reception staff, Navissa (sorry if that isn't quite right) and Consuelo. Navissa moved us to a lovely room which was an upgrade on our original booking. It was much bigger with a huge balcony and if I stay at this hotel again, I will definitely book this room type. We really appreciated being able to change our room and have a restful night's sleep. We had drinks and also tapas at the Skybar. The food was delicious, and once again the staff were very friendly and welcoming. There is a relaxing terrace with excellent views and several loungers and chairs next to the pool. Although you will need transport to visit the main attractions, there is a large shopping and entertainment complex, Diagonal Mar, within easy walking distance and the City Tour hop on/hop off bus stops nearby. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel for your stay in Barcelona.

“Best hotel we’ve found in all the 18 years we’ve been staying here.”

We’ve just got back from a 3 day break visiting family who live there and couldn’t have booked a nicer hotel. We’ve just got back from a 3 day break visiting family who live there and couldn’t have booked a nicer hotel. I wish I could remember the lady’s name on the front desk (lighter coloured long hair) as she deserved a mention for her customer service. We’ve stayed at many hotels in Barcelona over the years, some much more expensive, but this hotel beat them all. It’s in a good area, with the metro only 10 mins away, which goes directly into the city. The large hotel suite was super clean and quiet and there was an excellent fresh range of breakfast items. We also dined in Amari with my family and it was a lovely evening with great food. We will definitely be staying here in the future. Thank you!

“Nice Hotel Metro Station 10 min walk from Hotel”

Hotel is so nice. I did book straight with the hotel and it was cheaper then if I would have booked via a 2nd party. The stuff in reception so friendly and they speak lots of languages. We had a nice room with balcony but you are not allowed to smoke on the balcony if you do you have to pay 300 Eur… lisää

Hotel is so nice. I did book straight with the hotel and it was cheaper then if I would have booked via a 2nd party. The stuff in reception so friendly and they speak lots of languages. We had a nice room with balcony but you are not allowed to smoke on the balcony if you do you have to pay 300 Euro. You can smoke on the 17 floor. There is a really good restaurant, bar and infinity pool. Breakfast is so good and they have so many food. They have parking but you need to reserve in advance.

Don’t get it wrong, the stay overall was good! Big room, nice city and sea view, clean, comfortable bed and very friendly staff. Don’t get it wrong, the stay overall was good! Big room, nice city and sea view, clean, comfortable bed and very friendly staff. There were a few small details that were missing in the Executive Suite. From a 4 star hotel I expect to have at least a tube of toothpaste in the bathroom, a pair of slippers and a bath robe. The “free” Continental breakfast was poor. A coffee, juice and a small sandwich won’t keep you full for long. I paid €3.5 for an extra croissant. Across the road is a brunch spot that fed me better for not much of a price! When it comes to food, my advice is go at a nice restaurant in town. I you want drinks, the sky bar at the hotel is actually nice. Respectfully, I’ve been to 3-star hotels that offered more for less.
