We enjoyed everything, the kindness and friendliness of the staff, the Large and confortable rooms, the nice and clean spa, the delicious dinner... If you like uncrowded hotels, children-free hotels and relax and breath fresh air... this is a really good option... we'll go back soon😀

“Nice place to relax”

I had such a lovely time there... The area are great. So quiet and chill... The service were fine food was okey. The room was lovery and romantic... and the spa!!! The best what I ever seen!!! I highly recommend it!

I would normally have given this hotel a 4.5/5 rating if it were not for the terrible experience I had at the Spa. Without any intention to overdramatize the experience I had, the massage that I received along with the masseuse who gave it, were the worst I have ever had – and I have travelled all over the world and have had varied treatments from “hole in the wall” centres to 5 Star luxury spas. The lady who carried out my treatment was SITTING on a chair while she gave my “massage”, which was actually a RUB DOWN, similar to applying sun lotion on oneself. To be precise, she POURED the massage oil on my back - there was zero hand pressure for the duration of the massage. When she did get up to pick up the massage oil her shoes made loud squeaky sounds, I was truly SHOCKED, disappointed and saddened by the masseuse’s lack of professionalism. The following day I went to use the Spa Facilities and the ladies at the reception were uninvolved. I had to ask where the lockers were and if I could have a towel. About half an hour before the facilty was to close a lady came by and without much courtesy informed us that the Spa would be closing for the afternoon (as scheduled) and by the time I was out of the locker room (5 minutes after closing time), there was no staff in sight. I perceived the masseuse to be lazy and disinterested and I have written to the hotel management to express my disatisfaction. The only positive I derived from that experience is that one (myself) must take pride in whichever activity they are asked to carry out, personal or professional, menial oe consequential. I know that from that experience I am more "quality conscious".
