“Average service”
The front staff especially reservations require customer service training. The lady who assisted with check-in was very helpful, a twin bedroom was reserved and she changed it for me.

“Mayfair Assesment”
Mayfair hotel is situated in best location and close proximity to the mall. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff members are friendly and helpful.

The staff was friendl from the car park all the way to the reception. The room was neat and clean. I am happy with the overall service.

“Great staff - Poorly maintained and dirty rooms/ facilities”
Toilet roll holder broken, shower door dont close, shower has black mould and toilet seat was dirty, carpets smell and make your feet itchy immediately, the airconditioners never heat or cool rooms at all. There is never any milk in the rooms and I always have to ask for some milk on arrival for te… lisää
