The staff is incredibly friendly, the food is delicious, there are plenty of sports facilities, and the scenery is breathtaking, with the mountains surrounding the resort. There’s something about the familiarity and peaceful atmosphere that makes it feel like a home away from home. The staff are always incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the resort is consistently clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of the Drakensberg Mountains, it’s the perfect place to relax, unwind, and reconnect as a family. We always leave feeling refreshed and already looking forward to our next visit. 🌄✨

Bring your own coffee if you're fussy! Meals are robust portions, and overall good quality with a few misses on certain menu items if you tend to gourmet, rooms typically dont make much of the location/view you can see on the walks/hikes but the grounds, tennis/pickleball courts are well maintained… lisää

Relatively, this resort is decent value with many family oriented activities available. Staff helpful, friendly.

I had a high expectations from this Hotel however it shows such hotel are meant for international tourist. - I receive a very cold reception, I had to ask every details hence the responsibility of Frontline should ask whether a 1st timer of returning. I was a 1st timer therefore one would expect high standards of reception. - The room are awesome and beautiful however one their downfalls is that they do not offer WiFi in rooms and as the local tourist one would expect such service be available in rooms. Any young couple would appreciate to have a WiFi in their rooms to stream into their favorite movies from Netflix. Such WiFi only available at reception and dinning - The Dinning setup was not into great standard which is my personal experience, furthermore hence one is being booked by the business, the waiters does not inform you that on the set budget, you are not allowed to include drinks sad 🙄 🤔 . - The Ironing services is only available to the designated area, now the question will be, where your room is dar away from such area, personally is very inconvenient, one would expect ironing be made available on request to rooms and be given a certain period of time to ironing. I was hoping to experience great time and be able to come back with family however our kids requires to access to WiFi therefore this will be 1st and the last visit, perhaps your target market is for international tourist and over 50yr individuals/couples.
