The safari was absolutely outstanding. We saw every animal you could possibly hope to see. Our guide, Jaym, was incredibly funny, friendly, and entertaining throughout the entire experience. He paid close attention to every guest’s wishes and went above and beyond to make sure everyone was more than happy. I was impressed by how close he managed to get us to the animals. Jaym is like a walking encyclopedia with an impressive amount of knowledge about wildlife. He has an amazing ability to spot animals that others would easily miss. This was truly the best safari experience you could imagine, and I highly recommend it to anyone.

From start to finish the attentive service was exemplary. The food was out of this world and the accommodation was sensational. We wished we'd booked 2 nights and not 1. A truly magical experience

We had been on horse back safari a couple of times and with my daughter visiting we wanted a real treat and booked a game drive. Before this we had lunch in the restaurant. We had been on horse back safari a couple of times and with my daughter visiting we wanted a real treat and booked a game drive. Before this we had lunch in the restaurant. My chicken salad was saturated in dressing, which was sickly The menu said it had Parmesan and it was nothing like Parmesan - instead cheddar like slices. Finally the croutons were soggy and inedible. The waitress lamely suggested giving me another salad after the game drive which I declined but said I would appreciate a desert or some ice cream as a gesture. When the drive finished the attitude of the staff in the restaurant and reception area was very dismissive. Our waitress saw and knew me. When we asked for a fro l she said the restaurant was closed (at 4:30pm). I reminded her of the ice cream and it was reluctantly brought to me. I this really negatively impacted our visit. We felt like just another number! I shall look elsewhere to being my guests next time as lunch before the drive is a key part of the experience.
